Indiana Jones 5 and the Eternal Cross of Paradise Background Info: During 1933, Sallah joined Indiana Jones in an adventure involving locating the Tomb of Hermes while Indy Jones was searching for the Philosopher's Stone. Then in 1934, Indiana Jones hid out with Sallah in Cairo, Egypt with the Maskelyne family during their trip to the Great Sphinx. Later on in the year 1935, Sallah traveled to India with Indy Jones to find the Temple of the Forbidden Eye.

Of course in 1936, Sallah and Indy Jones were involved in the discovery of the resting place of the Ark of the Covenant. In 1938, Sallah was rejoined with Indiana Jones during the search for the Holy Grail. After this last adventure, Sallah and Indy Jones parted ways and rarely saw each other until they were brought back together by fate for one last mission involving the quest for the holy cross of Jesus Christ from the crucifixion.
